Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping bag. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us and it does not indicate that the order has been shipped. If you require a further invoice please e-mail us.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping costs will be added when you have completed your desired shopping basket. All products will be carefully wrapped and insured to their value, overseas orders will be trackable but will not usually need to be signed for unless you live in Australia, Russia, Italy or a small selection of other countries.
Delivery Schedule
If an item is out of stock or bespoke, we will advise you of an estimated delivery date at the time of order. If this is not suitable a full refund will be given. For all Rew products that are made to order we will ship as soon as possible. In the UK we use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and Special Delivery, this takes a few days. Overseas orders are either shipped International Airsure or International Signed For. Both of which take 3 - 5 business
days to arrive after shipping.
Standard UK Delivery
Special delivery weight 1-5kg per delivery address. This is next day guaranteed.
First Class Signed For 1-5kg per delivery address. This is delivered between 1-2 working days.
Monday to Friday only.
Please allow 7 working days for your delivery.
Overseas & Non-mainland UK
EU charges at £15.00
Rest of the world at £25.00
Delivery & Insurance
Each purchase is insured up until it is delivered and signed for at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Whoever signs for the order at the delivery address specified by the purchaser the same rules apply.
Taxes & Duties
UK VAT will be applied to all orders - Rew cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.
All Items are gift wrapped and sent in a protective shopper bag which can be reused.
Please note we, cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement for delaying delivery.
