Shipping And Handling
Shipping costs will be added when you have completed your desired shopping bag. All Rew orders will be carefully wrapped.
Orders over the value of £50.00 will be supplied with their own tote bag for protection which can be re-used as a shopper or to keep you "New Rew" safe.
All items will be insured to their value, overseas orders will be trackable but will not usually need to be signed for unless you live in Australia, Russia, Italy or a small selection of other countries.
If an item is out of stock or bespoke, we will advise you of an estimated delivery date at the time of order. If this is not suitable a full refund will be given. For all Rew products that are made to order we will ship as soon as possible.
Please ensure you regularly check your junk mail as some mail preferences will filter our emails to your junk folder.
In the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery this is due to the package been traceable at all times. Overseas orders are either shipped International Airsure or International Signed For. Both of which take 3 - 5 business
days to arrive after shipping.
Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.

Postage prices will vary according to weight you will be advised of your postage options at the check out.
Special Delivery is a fully trackable service.

Delivery & Insurance
Each purchase is insured up until it is delivered and signed for at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Whoever signs for the order at the delivery address specified by the purchaser the same rules apply.
Taxes & Duties
UK VAT will be applied to all orders - Rew cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.
Please note we, cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement for delaying delivery.
Rew will only except returns brought through the official website and not from other suppliers of Rew. Proof of purchase from the official website will need to be included with your return for a full refund or exchange. If you are unhappy with a purchase from other websites or retail outlets selling Rew, you will need to contact the businesses direct and follow their returns policy.
How to make a return
Request a returns number within 7 days of receiving your order by email. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your returns number. Please ensure your return is packaged securely to ensure a full refund. All items must be returned via recorded delivery. Returns sent in any other way may not be credited.
If you wish to exchange the item purchased then simply specify the new product you require at the time of requesting your Returns number. Please follow postage details as specified above. The item will then be despatched to you upon receipt of your return.
Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was used to purchase. Refunds outside the UK will be refunded excluding taxes and duties. Postage will be refunded on all faulty returns and exchanges.
All items should be returned new, unused and with all the garment tags, labels and gift bags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All items returned should have a Returns number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. We however will not accept refunds on bespoke items unless received faulty.
The term ‘Rew’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is: NO/ 13 Amber close, Tamworth business centre, Amington, Tamworth, Staffs, B774RP. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
